1. Refund Eligibility
A customer is eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- Order cancelled before shipment dispatch.
- Product returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with tags intact.
- Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Order lost in transit by our shipping logistics carrier.
