1. Return Window
You can request a return or size exchange within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and un-altered.
- Original brand tags, polybag packaging, and tax invoice must be intact.
- Items purchased under clearance mega sale may be eligible for size exchange only.
3. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, the following product categories are non-returnable unless received damaged: Innerwear, Swimwear, Socks, Accessories, and Customized Apparel.
